Network Facilitator
The Network Facilitator assists individuals to find and sustain reciprocal friendships to ensure meaningful connections and less isolation in the community. The Network Facilitator is matched with an individual based on a variety of factors, including similar interests, the applicant’s experience supporting people with disabilities and experience working with volunteers.
